Choosing the right stack, data model and integration points. I sketch APIs, queues and ACL boundaries - favoring boring, reliable patterns over clever ones.

Build & iterate
Short feedback loops with typed APIs, automated tests (K6, Karma, Postman), and CI/CD via GitHub Actions. You see progress weekly, not at the end.

Ship & observe
Containerized deploys with Docker on Linux, structured logging and Grafana dashboards. Idempotent jobs, rate limits and clean rollbacks built in.
